Strategy
Danielle Amfahr is a business leader passionate about strategy, innovation, and professional development. As a former Vice President of Strategy & Marketing Development at 3M, she led a 40-person internal consultancy driving high-impact projects and developing future leaders. Danielle has advised educational institutions and small businesses on strategy and the use of AI for growth and efficiency. She also teaches in the AI Applications in Marketing course for Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business Executive Education Program. Danielle holds an MBA from Kelley and undergraduate degrees from George Mason University. She lives in St. Paul, MN with her family.
Paul Acito is a global business leader with four decades of experience at 3M and Medtronic, leading multibillion-dollar divisions across technology, healthcare, and safety industries. He has worked internationally and holds 10 patents.
Paul serves on multiple boards, including Penumbra Theatre and Indiana University’s Kelley School Global Dean’s Council. He is also an adjunct professor at Indiana University, the University of Minnesota, and St. Catherine’s University.
